The Ribble Steam Railway’s ‘Along Lancashire Lines’ photo competition has come to an end and the winners have been announced.
The under-16s winner was 14-year-old Graham Boreham with his shot (shown left) titled ‘In The Middle of New Lane’.
The winner of the over-16s category was Adrlan Bradshaw who took a photo of a steam, diesel and electric train at Preston station – calling it ‘PendoLeander’.
Chris Mills from the Ribble Steam Railway said:
Both winning entrants will receive a 24″ x 16″ framed canvas print of their image (provided by Penwortham firm Strictly Canvas & Print) and a certificate of their achievement. For the first two weekends in December, the winning entries will be displayed at the Ribble Steam Railway for all to see.
Congratulations to the winners, and a big thank you to all who entered.
