A by-election is to be held in the Fishwick ward, Preston, to decide who will be the new councillor.
AdvertisementThe by-election was called after the retirement of Councillor Harold Parker and there are approximately 3,800 potential voters in the ward.
Three candidates have put themselves forward and will be campaigning for Fishwick resident’s votes up to polling day on Thursday 1st October 2009.
The three candidates are:
To be eligible to vote in this election you need to have registered by Wednesday 16th September. If you want someone else to vote on your behalf (vote by proxy) you need to have registered by Wednesday 23rd September.
