Preston’s Mayor gets fashionable for charity

Fashion showThe Preston and District Veteran’s Council and the North West Air Ambulance will be receiving some money later this month as Preston’s Mayor Keith Sedgewick hosts a charity event.

The fashion show is on Thursday 24th 2009 from 7.30 PM in the Guild Hall foyer.

It features fashion from Acques Vert, Kaliko and Phase Eight who are all concession holders within Debenhams.

Mayor Sedgewick said: “Raising money for charity is an important part of the work that I do, and the two charities I have chosen are both very worthy causes. The fashion show is set to provide a very enjoyable and entertaining evening, and with backing from some important names in the fashion industry we hope that as many people as possible can come along and support the event.”

Tickets are £10 and available by phoning 01772 906 113.
