The Lancashire Business Awards 2009 were held on Thursday 9th July 2009 at Stanley House between Preston and Blackburn.

Plenty of Preston businesses and business people were up for awards at the glitzy ceremony.

The winners were:

Sexy networker (male): Michael Gregory (Freshfield)

Sexy networker (female): Juliet Cort (Freshfield)

Business Journalist of the Year: Peter Butterfield (Lancashire Business View)

Best bar/restaurant: Vintage, Preston

Professional of the year: Kathryn Harwood (Napthens)

Best business advisor: Daniel Milnes (Forbes)

Propert professional of the year: Mick Goode (Croft Goode)

Property advisor: Chris Scott (DWF)

Lifetime achievement: Rob Salter (Moore and Smalley)

Entrepreneur of the year: Jeremy Gorick (Stonehouse Orion)

The event was supported by the North West Regional Development Agency and Downtown Preston in Business.
