Preston’s Business Improvement District (BID) have added X Factor finalist Jonjo Kerr to this month’s Christmas Lights Switch On. Police have seized crack cocaine and hundreds of pounds in cash when they stopped a car in Penwortham. The vehicle was pulled over by police Wednesday evening on Liverpool Road.
