Penwortham Gala 2018 – what’s on, where and when

Penwortham’s Gala returns for a weekend of singing, processions and more.

Roads will be closed across Penwortham as the annual parade takes place.

Hill Road South is where it starts at 12.30pm on Saturday (9 June) and makes its way to Hurst Grange Park.

The Mayor of South Ribble officially opens the gala at 2.15pm.

Double R Arts (dancers) 3.10pm

Rhythm Dancers 4.00pm

KTB Band 4.15pm

The gala continues on Sunday 10 June with an open air church service at 11am, a Teddy Bears picnic at 12.30pm and My Holly children’s entertainer at 2pm.
