A Preston city centre bar is handing over its takeaway business to a street food firm.
AdvertisementNorth Kerb is to be the new name for Baluga Kitchen which has been trading for two years next door to the bar and club in the Miller Arcade.
A new menu is being launched by the Darwen-based catering firm With A Twist drawing inspiration from Brazil, Mexico and Thailand.
Baluga manager Chloe Brookes said: “We’re excited to be offering this amazing new experience to Preston. North Kerb’s unique street food, combined with the new look of Baluga, will give visitors an experience unique to any other in the city.”

A revamp of Baluga and its takeaway are also taking place at the same time and are due to be completed from Friday (30 March).
North Kerb’s Rebecca Webber said: “We’re pleased to be partnering with Baluga, since our creative and varied street food will complement the relaxed atmosphere of the bar. The takeaway, situated next to Baluga, will be open from Friday 30 March, 8am, offering exciting street-food throughout the day and into the early hours.”
