A former alcohol dependency care home in Deepdale is to be brought back into use as a new care home.
Advertisement150 Fletcher road dates back to the 1970s and was most recently used as a care home linked with Bridge House.
It has now been bought by the National Care Group and is to be a care home for those recovering from brain injuries.
The building has been empty for several months, according to architects JMP.
Seven en-suite flats are to be created along with care and staff facilities.

Staff are due to be on site 24-hours-a-day and five car parking spaces will be put in.
