Group organiser Pat Beesley said: “The gluten free community is a close-knit one that very much relies on the sharing of information about quality products that are safe to eat.
“Many of our stallholders are smaller producers whose products aren’t available in supermarkets. Our food fair will help people following a gluten free diet to discover new products and chat to the very people who make them, as well an enjoy a tasty sample.”
