Slimming World Groups:

Slimming World is a great way to start your healthy lifestyle journey. Join the programme by paying £4.95 per week, along with a one off joining fee. You can sign up to a six-week or 12-week-programme, that are run by a highly trained consultant.  The Slimming World Preston groups are listed below.

Ashton Highschool Tuesdays 7pm, Saturdays 8.30am & 10.30am

Meeting with Heather on Tuesdays from 7pm, and Glenis on Saturdays from 8:30am and 10.30am, join Slimming World Ashton for fantastic group and individual support to loose weight in a friendly environment.

Ashton St Andrew’s Church Hall Wednesdays 5pm & 7pm

Slimming World at St Andrews Church Hall takes place with Julie on Wednesdays from 5pm and 7pm. If you are from the Ashton area, this Slimming World group could be the perfect way to help you loose weight.

Ingol Slimming World Mondays & Tuesdays 5.30pm & 7.30pm

If you live in the Ingol area, then Ingol Slimming World could be your way to get healthier and loose weight. Taking place at St Margarets Church on Mondays from 5.30pm or 7.30pm, join Donna and Heather as you work as a team to achieve your goals.

Lea, St Christopher’s Church Thursdays 5.30pm & 7.30pm

Slimming World in Lea takes place at St Christophers on Thursdays at either 5.30pm or 7.30pm. Join Louise as she works with you to help you achieve your weight goals.

Fulwood, St Cuthbert’s Church Wednesdays 3.30pm, 5.30pm & 7.30pm

The Fulwood Slimming world group is located at St Cuthbert’s Church on Lytham Road. The group is run by Pearl on Wednesdays. You can attend the 3.30pm, 5.30pm or 7.30pm session.

Weight Watchers Groups:

Weight Watchers provides individuals with a healthy eating and physical activity plan, along with skills and techniques to help get you into a positive frame of mind to tackle your weight-loss journey. Fulwood, Galloway Hall Mondays 6pm, Wednesdays 10am

Join Weight Watchers held at St Gregory’s Catholic Club, located at 246 Blackpool Road. The group meets every Friday at 9.30am, and is run by Emma.

Ashton Methodist Church Fridays 5pm
