A Preston retail park has been given permission to expand further.
AdvertisementQueen Street retail park is to see two new stores built close to the Aldi supermarket.
Brookhouse Group, who operate the retail park, are to build the two new stores during 2018.
Ahead of the Preston City Council planning committee on Thursday 11 January which approved the plans – a spokesman for the group said: “This development will continue the revitalisation of the retail park, and further assist in the economic development of the city centre.”

They are remaining tight-lipped over who the retailers for the two new stores will be.
Permission has also been given for a small commercial unit on the retail park as well.

In December last year The Range store in Queen Street gained approval for a major refurbishment, adding a cafe and a new retail unit is due to be built alongside it.
