Police discover man’s body in house in Plungington area

A man was found dead at a house in Preston during Monday evening.
AdvertisementPreston Police have confirmed they were called to the Plungington area.
The call, during Monday evening, reported a concern for the welfare of a man.
Police arrived at the address in Moor Hall Street, off Ripon Street, on Monday (8 January).
They found a man in his 40s dead inside the house.

A police spokeswoman said the man’s death is not being treated as suspicious and a file has been passed to the coroner.
