Police appeal after teenager Zane McAteer goes missing

Lancashire Police is appealing for information after 14-year-old boy went missing.

Zane McAteer was last seen in Preston on December 29, 2017.

A statement from police said: “He is described as a mixed race male, 5ft 7inch with short black hair. We are unsure of what clothing he might be wearing but at the time of his disappearance he was believed to be wearing black tracksuit bottoms and a black tracksuit top.

“Zane’s family are concerned for his welfare and we would like to find him and make sure he is safe and well.”

Anyone with information can call police on 101 and quote log number 0331 of the 2nd of January 2018.
