One of the most recognisable voices in world cricket is coming to Preston.

Henry Blofeld has spent decades commentating on the game.

The former BBC commentator is coming to the University of Central Lancashire for an audience with event.

He’ll be interviewed about his life and career by John Gillmore of BBC Radio Lancashire.

Admission to the event includes a copy of Over and Out, the autobiographical book telling Henry’s extraordinary career.

Greenbank Lecture Theatre is the venue on Monday 23 October for the event.

It’s £21.83 and this includes the cost of the booking.

Doors open at 6.30pm and the event begins at 7pm.

Free parking is being offered on university car parks for the event.
