Iceburg will be opening its doors facing into Jacson Street towards the end of summer.

The restaurant will be providing 100 per cent angus beef in their quality burgers.

Iceburg’s food will be made fresh each day with the finest of ingredients helping to provide delicious burgers and meals.

The decor inside hopes to be something different to other burger places, with modern and quirky interiors.

The owners of the burger bar have wide range of experience with successful eateries, including the renowned Heavenly Desserts next door.

However Iceburg promises to be a completely different concept to Heavenly Desserts, and if successful, there may be hope to roll out more franchises across the country.

A spokesperson for Iceburg said: “Preston city centre and Miller Arcade is proving to become more popular with restaurants like the Olive Tree and Heavenly Desserts attracting a lot more people.

“We knew that the building was vacant and saw an opportunity there.

“A lot of time and effort has gone into Iceburg and we hope it will be successful – It is a totally different concept to Heavenly Desserts.

“We had to give it a lot of attention as there was work that needed to be done to the building.

“The opening date is to be confirmed shortly, however we hope to open at the end of August or start of September.

There will be around 20 new staff taken on when Iceburg opens at the end of summer.
