Ambulance called after man collapses in Preston city centre

Paramedics were called after a man collapsed outside a car repair shop in Preston today (June 2).

The man collapsed outside 1st AutoRepair near the bus station in Preston city centre at approximately 11.37am.

Employees at 1st AutoRepair responded by calling an ambulance and witnesses reported that they administered CPR on the man.

A statement from North West Ambulance Service said: “We were called at 11:37 to a male who had collapsed.

“He was conscious and breathing but he wasn’t taken to hospital.”
