Warwick Consultancy who are tabling the application on behalf of Aspire Gyms state: “The building is currently vacant and has been so for some time, it is believed that the demand for industrial/office buildings of this nature is low, as is demonstrated by the number of units available in the area, and the potential for re-using the building for the same use is low in the immediate future.”
