The Ale Emporium, located on Fylde Road adjacent to The Ferret, is available as a leasehold for £54,950.
The bar is being marketed by Intelligent Business Transfer and states the venue currently has a turnover of £211,000.
The opportunity description says: “The bar serves real ale to the growing number of people who love the drink and does very well out of it.
