This is why fire crews were at Evoque this morning

Lancashire Fire & Rescue Service were at Evoque this morning at approximately 10.50am.

Two engines were seen at the Church Street club causing concern to those passing through the area.

A statement from Lancashire Fire & Rescue Service confirmed that no incident had been reported ‘so they are either training or doing fire safety inspections.’

Evoque staff later confirmed to us that fire crews were carrying out a training exercise.
