How a new drive-through coffee shop is to look at a Preston retail park has been released.

Queen Street retail park at its junction with Ringway will have the new coffee unit.
Permission was granted in July last year for the Brookhouse Group to have conditions removed stopping the retail unit being built.
The retil park at Queen Street has been steadily expanding since planning wrangles were resolved in 2014.

Aldi opened last year with The Range and Energi trampoline park before that.
Planning consultants Cassidy + Ashton tabled the plans for the Costa unit stating: “The overall appearance of the unit is to be of modern contemporary design with high quality construction materials and methods selected to be sympathetic to the character of the area whilst meeting the end users requirements.
“The development will have an appearance befitting that of a modern, high-quality retail park. A materials palette including metal composite and aluminium cladding will provide a modern and contemporary aesthetic.”
