Pancake Day has a very sweet treat for chocolate fans in Preston.

The Nutella and Oreo Eruption is the delicious creation that has been made using the tasty ingredients of Nutella with white chocolate and sprinkles cascading down a stack of American pancakes.

Each layer within the stack of pancakes has hidden surprises including marshmallows, M&m’s and Oreo’s.

The Ultimate Cafe is an independent coffeehouse and eatery chain located inside the Ultimate Outdoors store at Deepdale Retail park.

It is run by the Interesting Eating Company, who have brought a number of Ultimate Cafe shops around the UK.

Andrea Edwards, Director of Ultimate Cafe, said: “We wanted to create a special pancake to celebrate Pancake Day.

“We have a whole range of sweet and savory pancakes from traditional lemon and sugar through to the Nutella and Oreo Eruption, there is something for everyone.”

Nichola Lee, Also Director at Ultimate Cafe, added: “Our customers, young and old, love our freshly made pancakes all year round.

“We have created this sweet sensation for Pancake Day to celebrate our creativity with pancakes.”
