A Mastiff who is ‘full of character’ needs a home in Preston.
AdvertisementCharles is two-years-old and has been struggling in kennels.
RSPCA Preston are appealing for the ‘very big and headstrong’ dog to find a home.
They state: “He can be quite determined at times but has responded great at the centre with his training.
“He cannot live his life in a kennel environment and now we need to help him with the next step of his journey.”
A long-term fosterer is needed with a view to adopting Charles.
Multiple visits would be needed to the centre in Ribbleton to build a bond with him.

A spokeswoman for the RSPCA said: “A member of our staff has worked so hard with Charles and this hard work and commitment has paid off. Charles has formed an extremely close bond with this member of staff but unfortunately he already has a dog so adoption isn’t possible but we know the right person is out there, do you think you might be the person for Charles?”
He would need a minimum six foot fences and a secure garden. Charles wouldn’t be able to live in a home with cats or children.
If you think you could adopt Charles then you can arrange a visit at the RSPCA.
