The company, based on Essex Street, is looking to expand their workforce by offering young people the opportunity to join their teams in Operations, Marketing and Field Engineers.

The apprenticeships will give young people the chance to gain valuable work experience and expand their skills, helping them progress up the career ladder.

An apprenticeship recruitment channel in Blackpool, Workology, has successfully matched some of their candidates with Lantei’s requirements.

Anthony Smith, CEO of Lantei, said: “We believe in the progression of young people and we want to provide opportunities for people to enhance their skills and help them achieve their future career goals.”

The exhibition will help Lantei engage with young people who are seeking apprenticeships, enabling the company to expand their team and provide work experience to youngsters that will help them in their future careers.
