A man stabbed in the arm and in his back remains in a stable condition in hospital.

The 18-year-old victim suffered ‘significant injuries’ to his arm and back which police say are believed to have been caused by a bladed weapon.
Preston Police were called to Friargate near the McDonalds at 5.45pm on Tuesday (22 February).
A short time after they arrested a 15-year-old boy from Preston on suspicion of Section 18 wounding. He remains in custody.
The victim remains in a stable condition in Royal Preston Hospital.
