First Church of Christ Scientist in Stoneygate has plans tabled by the firm behind the existing Ladywell Halls near the University of Central Lancashire.

The former church building would be converted into six residential apartments.

Four one-bed apartments and two studio apartments would be created within the building.

Six car parking spaces would be made with access off Library Street as part of the plans.
