How these accountants helped the Foxton Centre this year

This year Preston-based accountants Rotherham Taylor Limited launched their Christmas campaign to help the homeless at the Foxton Centre.

On Tuesday 13 December, the firm delivered Christmas hampers to its selected charity of the year, with staff, clients and contacts contributing to the collection.

The hampers contained a selection of foods, toiletries, clothes and other goods to benefit the homeless people of Preston who are in need especially at this time of year.

Chloe Greenbank, a manager at Rotherham Taylor Limited, said: “We are always keen to make a difference to our local community and that is why we announced the Foxton Centre as our charity of the year earlier this year.

“Our clients, contacts and staff have always been very generous with their donations to our hamper and it has been no different this year as we have collected for the Foxton Centre.

“As Christmas approaches, I know that the hampers we have delivered will make a real difference to people in need.”

The Foxton Centre was announced as the firm’s charity of the year earlier this year.

Toma Sukyte, marketing and communications lead at the centre, said: ‘’We are very pleased and thankful to be named charity of the year by Rotherham Taylor Limited. It is very encouraging when we receive such support.

“We have to be constantly fund raising in as many ways as we can in order to be able to continue our work with some of Preston’s most marginalised people.

“We put all donations of money and collections of food, toiletries or clothes to immediate and very good use and this support from Rotherham Taylor Limited makes a very real difference.”

The accountancy, which donates to charity each year, is overjoyed with yet another successful Christmas hamper collection.
