UCLan student Daniel Collins said: “I’m amazed to have won. I’m only here because I was walking on campus and someone gave me a piece of paper with details of the event and asked me if I’d go along. I just did as I was told and walked where I was told to go. It was good fun!”

Fishergate Shopping Centre manager Keith Mitchell said: “Once again show was fantastic, the hard-work of the talented students at UCLan really paid off and it was a night filled with creativity and glamour, which the large and appreciated audience really enjoyed.

“The partnership we have developed with the university is a great way to harness and use the ideas and the enthusiasm of the students and bring youthful fashion ideas to the centre and you certainly saw that throughout the show.”
