Footage has emerged showing the wreckage of a lorry which overturned on the M6 being righted.
The HGV was left on its side after the incident on the northbound M6 just after Junction 30 near Preston, as the video from Patrycja Wyżgoł shows.
Motorists reported two hour delays as the motorway was shut for more than two hours from 2pm on Monday (14 November) while emergency services used specialist equipment to bring the lorry upright.
Preston Police say the lorry driver only sustained minor injuries in a miraculous escape.
No arrests have been made as part of the police’s investigation into the crash, which saw the road network through Preston northbound gridlocked due to diversions.
