Preston’s period of settled, clear and crisp weather is set to stay.
AdvertisementTemperatures are continuing to fall though and Monday night is to see the mercury fall to MINUS THREE in some places around Preston.
The Met Office says fair and dry weather is expected until at least Thursday (1 December).
Sunday starts sunny before clouding over and temperatures reach a peak of eight degrees at lunchtime, before falling to two degrees into Monday.
It’s from Monday evening when temperatures really start to fall. Into the early hours of Tuesday (29 November) it will drop below freezing in Preston.
During Tuesday temperatures are not expected to climb above four degrees, with the morning commute expected to be very icy as temperatures won’t get above freezing before 9am.
