Cash for Kids is the UK children’s charity that responds to the needs of disadvantaged or disabled children in communities so that they can live life to the full and realise their individual potential.

The running event will enable athletes to enjoy a colourful afternoon of walking, jogging or running at a chosen distance of 2.5km, 5km or 7.5km.

The run will take place on Sunday 11th December at 12pm from Baffito’s Restaurant at Preston Docks.

The fun-filled event will include a warmup to get you moving, and will take a fantastic route around the Preston Marina and the River Ribble.

Trampoline Park ‘Energi’ will be the official event supporter and an event village will also be featured on the day to bring even more fun and enjoyment.

Organiser Pennine Events is encouraging participants to come and have fun: “Be as creative as you possibly can and join us for a cosy winter warmer with like-minded people who loved their onesies.”

The entry fee to take part is £10 per person and the money raised will be donated to the Cash for Kids charity.

You can register online or on the day from 10.30am and sponsorship forms can be found on the website.
