A pair of Victorian villas on the edge of Moor Park could become 14 flats.
AdvertisementPlans for the buildings in Moor Park Avenue have been lodged a number of times before, and Kiran Patel feels this time he can get it through.
Councillors will be asked to consider changing the office use of the building to allow the flats, with an extension to the rear and a car park to the rear.
The buildings, 5 and 7 Moor Park Avenue, face onto the grade-II listed park. However they are not listed buildings themselves but do sit within the Moor Park Conservation Area.

Previous plans listed 18 flats in 2013 but were turned down.
Full plans for the flats can be seen on Preston City Council website.
