Man rescued from under car in Fulwood

Fairways where the incident took place
A man had to be rescued in Fulwood during Wednesday (23 November) evening after becoming trapped under a car.
AdvertisementFirefighters attended the incident in Fairways, off Sharoe Green Lane, Fulwood, at 6.44pm.
Two fire engines from Preston Fire Station and their crews found the man trapped under the car.
They used air bags to lift up the car and free him.
First aid was administered before the man was taken to nearby Royal Preston Hospital for treatment.
