A Preston boy did not return home from school on Thursday afternoon.

Preston Police have launched an appeal to find Maklaine Bottomley.
The nine-year-old was last seen at 3.15pm in Webster Street, Ashton-on-Ribble by his foster parent.
It is believed that Maklaine was returning to Sacred Heart Primary School to retrieve his lunchbox, but didn’t return home on Thursday (20 October).
Maklaine is described as a 9 year old, white skinned boy, slim build and short mousey brown hair. He was wearing a red jumper with a white polo shirt underneath, a navy blue parka anorak, black trousers and black trainers.
