What used to be Fulwood’s police station is to see the building change hands once more.
AdvertisementAstute Wealth Management, owned by Andrew McLaughlin, have bought the Watling Street Road building.
It was sold off by Lancashire Police in late 2014 as they cut back on district policing stations – centralising services to its Preston headquarters.
Antony Sewell, who owned PTS Limited, had converted the building into offices.
Now Astute have lodged plans to reconfigure the layout of the old police station and change its use to be used for providing financial services.
A previous plan for the building to be listed as an asset of community value, by charity Young Lancashire, was rejected.
