Flipout Preston is the new trampoline park that has opened in Fishwick, on Mercer Street.

The £1million trampoline park has over 70 trampolines covering 21,000 sq foot and includes a free-running section, three foam pits and an airbag to jump onto.

The park also has a separate section for children under seven years old.

Flipout opened on 10 August this summer and is Preston’s second trampoline park, after Energi opened at Queens Retail Park last year.

General manager Aysha Gurgee said: “I think competition is healthy. We have designed our park around Preston and the community here.

“It’s perfect for local kids to enjoy and is easy access as it’s just off London Road.”

The effective design of the park provides a vibrant and cool setting, with artistic graffiti wallpaper along with drawings of Preston’s iconic landscape circling the facility.

Each session is priced at £8.50 per person with an additional £5 to stay longer.

The park is enthusiastic to provide a place for children and adults to enjoy, appointing 1 martial per 30 people at each session to ensure everyone’s safety.

Flipout is open every day from 9am-10pm and a wide variety of classes are available including Toddler & Parent sessions at £5, fitness classes with a personal fitness instructor and adult sessions.

With Children’s party rooms and arcade machines, the fun at Flipout is endless.

Overlooking the park is Flipout’s Café that offers a selection of food and drinks in an ideal location where you can see the full range of the room – and keep an eye on the kids.

Flipout worker, Greg Birchall, who enjoys the vibrant and energetic atmosphere, said: “It’s so much fun working here. It’s not like any other job.”

Aysha Gurgee said: “We usually put more than one martial per 30 people because it’s a great way we can receive feedback and discover what the public think.

“We get to interact with kids, our main customers, who come up with ideas and share them with us. And most of all we get to see the kids have fun.”
