This is what shutting Fulwood Library means to one young lad in Preston.

He explains his anger and frustration at the closure of the library as part of Lancashire County Council’s plan to save millions of pounds by closing community buildings.

Fulwood Library, along with Lostock Hall and Bamber Bridge libraries, will stamp its final book during Friday (30 September).

Steve Ratcliffe posted the video of Finlay to let Lancashire County Council know his son’s feeling.
