Fulwood road closed after crash between car and motorbike

A crash on a cut-through road in Fulwood saw emergency services close the hour during the school run.
AdvertisementSt Vincents Road, off Garstang Road, was closed from 4.15pm for around an hour.
A moped rider was taken to Royal Preston Hospital following a collision with a white Vauxhall Corsa.
The road, at the Corpus Christi end, was reopened by 6pm on Thursday (8 September).
Police are appealing for witnesses and anyone with information should call police on 101 quoting log reference 948.
