Kendal Calling 2016 will be held at Lowther Deer Park in the Lake District from July 28-31.
AdvertisementThe music festival traditionally sees a large number of people from Preston make the journey north for the annual event, along with a select number of emerging acts from Preston appearing.
One of the most important aspects of any festival is the weather and being prepared for it. The good news is that, at the moment, there is very little rain forecast for across the four days which should make for ideal conditions. It looks to be four days of dry, if not spectacular, weather.
Here’s a quick five day forecast ahead of the event.
Thursday
The temperature will peak at around 15C up until around 7pm.
Expect plenty of cloud cover so temperatures shouldn’t dip too low into the evening. No rain forecast.
Friday
Light showers from 4am lead into a day of sunny intervals with highs of approximately 17C.
The evening will see temperatures at around 11C with light cloud cover.
Saturday
Saturday will once again see light cloud through the day and night with peak temperature at around 16C dropping into 11C at night.
No rain forecast for Saturday.
Sunday
Your last day in those fields. The forecast is very similar to Friday with peaks at 17C and 11C into the night.
Once again, no rain forecast for Sunday.
