Two lanes are closed on the M6 near Preston after a crash.

Highways England is forecasting rush hour delays between Junction 29 (Preston South) and 31 (Tickled Trout).

Motorists are already reporting traffic backed up to just before Junction 29.

Normal traffic conditions are expected by 9.15am on Tuesday (19 July).

Highways England and Lancashire Police said the lanes were reopened around 8.15am, but delays continued for around an hour.
