A Preston man saw his request for an exchange to an online shopping firm be read tens of thousands of times on Facebook.Advertisement
Jay Whalley, who DJs at Baluga and other bars in Preston city centre, wasn’t happy with his latest order from ASOS.
He took his complaint online and decided to channel the spirit of Eminem when writing his message.
Interchanging the lyrics to hit single Stan he says he sent off a FCUK blaxer earlier in July but still hadn’t heard back.
And he didn’t expect to see his rhyme get the response it did from ASOS.
An hour later and Rianna in its customer service team got straight back onto him as she showed in her rhythmic response with some classic couplets in her response.
Jay said: “It came as a bit of a suprise, I thought it would just get a reaction around my friends.
“Being a good customer will get your better customer service. People need to remember not get angry over little things. Creativity and gratitude will get you much further in life.”
