A new cafe is looking to open in what used to be a charity shop close to Preston city centre.
AdvertisementWalker Street’s former St Catherine’s Hospice charity shop has seen plans lodged.
SAP Architectural Designs have applied for permission to change the premises so it can serve food and drink.
It is not known what type of food or style of cafe it will be.
St Catherine’s closed the Walker Street shop in late December to move to a new superstore in Deepdale.
