A smaller plan for a number of additional homes behind a Fulwood school has been tabled.
AdvertisementHollins Homes wants to build 15 new properties just off Eastway on land behind Our Lady and St Edwards School.
The full planning application follows previous applications on the site for 70 homes, before being scaled back to 22 homes which were allowed under appeal in 2014.
These are an additional 15 homes on a smaller parcel of land on the western edge of the site.
Work has already begun on the original 22 homes with a new road created at the Eastway roundabout to enter the development.
