Freshfield are moving to an office within the same building.
The marketing agency has signed up to the 3,325 square foot office at 12 Winckley Square, which will double its size.
Freshfield managing director Simon Turner said: “The move will strengthen our infrastructure giving us more client meeting rooms, creative thinking space and capacity to expand.
“Winckley Square gives us an ideal location to service our clients across the North and UK. We’re a few hops away from the rail network which gets us into Manchester in 35 minutes and in London and Edinburgh in just over two hours.
“As a micro city, Preston continues to make great progress with millions being invested into the city including a restoration of Winckley Square, which will help transform this particular area and leverage further investment.
“Our people also enjoy working in Winckley Square and want to remain here and this was an important factor in our decision to stay here and invest.”
