A woman was cut from her car on the A59 near Preston after an early-morning collision on Thursday.
AdvertisementThe crash happened between a white Fiat 500 and a black transit van at 7.05am near the Tickled Trout Hotel.
Preston Police were called, along with Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service and the North West Ambulance Service.
The female driver of the Fiat was trapped in her vehicle and had to be cut free.

One lane of Brockholes Brow heading into Preston has been blocked during the Thursday morning rush hour (16 June).
Police said there were no major injuries.
