Detailed proposals for a new mini retail park in Fulwood have been lodged.
AdvertisementMore than 7,000 square metres of land off Oliver’s Place, near Eastway, could be developed to have a major discount supermarket at its heart.
Aldi, Iceland or B&M Bargains could take the main position and a health and fitness club is also due to be part of the scheme.
The layout of the Eastway development, which was approved in principle in late 2014, has changed slightly.
New plans from Savills show the development having three stores at its Western end and one at the eastern edge bordering Oliver’s Place.
