Nigel Hardman died in the collision on the A59 flyover

An inquest into the deaths of two motorists on the Guild Way flyover.

Wendy Wall, 50, and Nigel Hardman, 47, died in the lead up to Christmas during a serious crash on the A59.

Mrs Wall, from Penwortham, was driving a red Citreon and died on Wednesday 9 December.

Mr Hardman, who was driving a Vauxhall Vectra, died in Royal Preston Hospital on Friday 11 December.

Their inquests take place at Preston Coroner’s Court in Fulwood on Thursday 15 September. Mr Hardman’s is to be heard first at 9am, and Mrs Wall from 1pm.
