How old do you have to be?

What’s the route?
For the 5k it is a charge through the city centre down into Avenham Park, across the Old Tram Bridge and then along the side of the Ribble down to Penwortham bridge. Crossing back it comes through Miller Park, up the BIG hill and into Winckley Square before finishing at the Flag Market.
The 10k is a single lap, going into Avenham Park and down to the London Road bridge, crossing over and coming down the side of the Ribble, looping back down the Old Tram Bridge route and then coming back to follow the rest of the 5k route.
You can sign up via the Run Preston website, and can run for a charity of your choice.
