Named Baluga Kitchen the premises is open from 11am to 9pm and offers takeaway meals.

The club itself, in the Miller Arcade, is also offering food during the day and has a new outdoor seating area in the new-look Fishergate.

Gary Meehan, owner of Baluga, said in December last year when they tabled plans for creating the takeaway it would be ‘upmarket and modern’.
