Vintage covers of the magazine Playboy are to be shown at a Preston art shop.
AdvertisementDating from 1967 to 1982 to collectors editions are the artwork of Simon Claridge.
He’s taken the covers and used a diamond dust to embellish the six images.
They will be shown at the Original Art Shop in the St George’s Shopping Centre.
Robin Carter, gallery owner, said: “Playboy is one of the most instantly recognisable brands in the world and Simon’s new collection pays homage to this bastion of popular culture.
“We are thrilled that the collection is available to buy here in Preston and we expect there will be a lot of interest in the prints. They’re now on display in our gallery and we’d love for people to come and have a look at this special collection.”
The Playboy covers don’t come cheap though, the iconic images start from £995.
