Diane Langford, general manager at Dovedale Court Care Home, said: “We are glad that residents value the care they receive at Dovedale Court. We are so pleased with our scores, which show that life for the people who live here is happy and fulfilling.
“Every care home resident should be able to speak up about their care and we ensure both residents and relatives have the opportunity to voice their opinions. My door is always open and we are committed to raising standards and being transparent.”
Dovedale was also given a clean bill of health in the latest Care Quality Commission inspection in the summer of 2014.
The care home is run by Barchester Healthcare who operate care homes across the country.
